Pacta sunt servanda: ¿cuál es el fundamentodel vínculo social?

Abstract

The so-called secularity of the political link is diluted if we consider that in religious communities like in our communities or states, faith or belief in the institutions (even at a minimum level) are the conditions of possibility for these social groups. The political bodies exist partly because we believe in them; it is a product of our collective imagination. In the same way that there is no Christianity without Christians; there is no State without citizens. Trust and belief in both domains are essential for their existence. From the Greeks, until our days, faith and belief are the social glue, they are the grounds of the link.
